So, Donny saw that Helix was having a special on pokemon fusions. He went a ahead and ordered one right away. He just wanted Gardevoir, so what he got was an amazing surprise.

Here pictured is him slipping into his smooth and beautiful Gardeair (Gardevoir and Dragonair) suit. The suit is working some magic, as it slims down his legs and basically make his tail vanish. He stands on his dainty toes easily and doesn't even notice the suit making these changes. He still feels his tail, but what he is feeling is actually the skirt. The skirt moves to his wishes just as his tail once did. He seems excited and continues to pull the suit up.
