I can get that. I think that some of my better writing has been the result of ideas that I've had in the shower or while laying in bed, and then ran to go write them down to get them out of my brain. Since it wasn't for money or according to anyone else's spec or outline, it ended up turning out as it needed to turn out, and those things I'm genuinely proud of. Not that I've shared any such things on FA or elsewhere; pretty hard divorce between fandom presence and otherwise. But good idea plus lack of pressure tends to result in some special work. :)
