Paint? Wow. Was this pixel by pixel or freehand?

freehand i think...since i don't know what you mean by pixel-by-pixel. i do my msp drawings like i do any, starting with a light colored sketch and inking it, though i use the curve tool for inking primarily, then i do away with the sketch and color. i draw in mspaint using either a tablet or my trackpad/mouse, and i find the only thing the tablet does for the process is make it a lot quicker to sketch and also gives me the option to make decent lines using the pencil tool if i choose (though the curve tool makes cleaner-looking lines)

I see. Pixel-by-pixel would mean just that, btw; zooming in and drawing the lines, but pixel by pixel.
Do you choose to use MS Paint out of preference? Because there are "better" pixel art tools out there, like Gale for example.-
i definitely use it by preference when it comes to pixelated art. it's a comfortable and fun program for me that takes me back to my digital-artistic roots and i find it very relaxing to use. paint tool sai (which i use primarily for my digital art) can also produce really nice pixel art with the binary tool, but if i have a hankering for pixels i usually stick to paint for its comfort, and on occasion i will use oekaki applets for fun which is another comfort/roots thing

dude if you really want it do you wanna adopt? for like $10 or something. the glaceon could be included if you want. or you could make it another evolution, or you could make it not even a pokemon and just run with the design as another animal or whatever. i know i'll never draw this character again and that's kinda sad because i am rather proud of the look of it! i'd rather someone overuse it than it not being used at all
