    I think it may be a jaguar? I'm not too sure when it comes to cats ^^' Lovely shot! Such a beautiful animal.

    It'd be easier to tell if one was right next to the other, since jaguars are roughly twice the size of leopards.

    Without seeing the rest of the body, it's hard to tell. If I had to guess, it's a leopard, though.

        I went over to wikipedia and studied some images that had close-ups of the faces of a jaguar and a leopard. There is actually enough of the body visible to identify them, based on the rosette patterns in their spots.

        The Jaguar's rosettes are much thicker and larger than those of the leopard, and a little bit darker. Based on that, I can probably say with certainty now that this is a jaguar.

          One further note, the fur of a jaguar appears to be shorter and denser than the fur of a leopard, though that may in part be because Jaguars are bigger.
