In case you already forgot what the previous pages were about this is conveniently what is being discussed here. Back when I was figuring out the continuity of Cop Story I decided I wanted to have these short intermissions between parts of the story that are seemingly separate but help you build up a fuller picture.

And because the guy in the wheelchair is the only one whose name wasn't mentioned, he is called Wayland. (But if you're watching me you might already know that.)
