Poem I wrote for the picture. As I wanted to give it a little something extra.

I was having an art block, and scottishwolf came over and told me to just let the pen take me somewhere. So I sketched without a pencil, onto my new marker paper, and just... let the picture draw itself. I think he might stay with me as a new voice. Tugging me forwards, trying to make me less afraid of the unknown.

Named him Ajali (Swahili for Destiny; chance)

Also, goodness. I am so in love with this paper! For awhile I was doing too much digital work and it was fun and all, but I love traditional media so much.
