The kind of stuff he's build would probably be ridiculous and horrible.
He engineered a space bridge in the main show and is some variety of engineer or scientist in some continuities so, it might actually be useful and not that bad but like,

Now I know what his slaves are working on.
He needs to build a really twisted (and also kinky) torture chamber.
I need more lego guys so the torture methods can actually involve mutilation of the actual blocks. Maybe melting. I don't want to screw up the ones I have now.-
I may suggest goodwill, or lots on ebay. I'm sure you can buy a handful of lego men on ebay pretty cheap.
(I might actually have a pile of them somewhere around here as well)
