It's a parody of the famous "Three Wolf Moon" shirt, and yes, this parody is about 3 years out of date...that's how up-to-the-minute I am!
Art wise it was mainly done on Photoshop using various brush packs that I can't be arsed to list, and using layers and....all that stuff that anyone using Photoshop could figure out in 5 mins but that took me nearly 6 years to hone.
Might make this a shirt if I can figure out whether it's technically copywrite infringement or not...

and as far as I know, well, assuming UK laws aren't any different, but parodies don't really count as 'infringement' and should be fine, though may have double-check on that >.>
