No one likes dealing with yahoos on the phone. You're grumpy, they're grumpy, it's Monday at 3 PM and we'd all rather be doing something else, it's a hassle. But if you don't go through with it, how are these big companies ever going to learn? Defective products are a very real danger to me, when they should work properly and be a danger to everyone else instead. Now if you'll excuse me, I have another half-hour to waste on the phone. sigh
