Moscow is the result of extensive human experimentation seeking to create the perfect soldier through the manipulation of alien DNA. Sixteen different alien species were combined, including human, with Moscow being the result. While she was not considered the ideal result of their research, Moscow proved to be an exceptionally capable and useful tool to further human goals. She is exceptionally strong and fast, capable of telekinetic manipulation, possesses advanced senses, and can absorb information at the rate of your average computer. The tentacles that extend from the back of her wrists can reach a length of eight feet, and actually originate within the muscle of her legs.

While many years were spent learning in a laboratory, where she was indoctrinated and programmed with the proper personality and the safest level of obedience, Moscow was eventually sent onto the field where she effectively eradicated rebel forces while supporting human military. She also took part in the capture of Rehnat, and as such he is not fond of her, to this day.

Moscow was named after the city on Earth, where a disastrous alien terrorist attack took place thirty years earlier, killing millions of human beings. This terrorist attack led to severe xenophobia/alien resentment on Earth, which allowed for much of the colonization, invasion, and elimination of alien planets today.
