It's Cerocornu, the anima from Nowhere. Basically, animas is a kind of spirits that helps chosen people, they are guardians and keepers, and there is a lot of different anima types in every world of Chronorahn. This type looks like... dragon, probably? They also have a soft feathers that looks like textile, but they surely can fly on it without any troubles x)
