So I have a very small number of Skype contacts. For most of them, I know exactly who they are and why I've added them. But this one guy, I had no idea. So I talked to him.

In the end, he asked if I would do a request. He wanted an animal that I could draw well. I was drawing a blank, so he asked for a squirrel. No idea why.

Instead of doing a full-color painting, I only wanted an inked drawing. So instead of drawing inks for the purpose of eventually coloring over them, I tried to make the inks stand out on their own, the way the best inked drawings do. I threw in the background as a way of admitting defeat. Anyways, Wolfy liked it, so all's well in the end.
