In the nation of Whipple, located on the eastern coast of the Follin Continent is a very technologically oriented country.
While many machines have fallen from the sky all over the world of Elancia, the biggest chunks crashed down in Whipple, and it was there, that the dwarves got a hold of them. They, along with many scholarly minded folk who would rather study machines than magic, have spent the last several hundred years studying, and reverse-engineering these fallen machines to create new machines! Of course, since steam power is the height of technology on Elancia, and the machines from the sky are space-age... things get a little weird at times. While Whipple is far from the only country with any of this technology at its disposal, it is perhaps the most famous.

Anyway, I digress. The capital of Whipple, Nordschleife, is a very colorful place. Here, a great dwarven king of yesteryear, decreed that the capital should be a place that manufactures happiness and joy, rather than weaponry and war. As such, the thing that Nordschleife is most known for, is its numerous toy factories, and colourful buildings. This is the theme for that colourful capital.
