James and a small herd of Dexters :V James is easy, but I don't really know what to do with Dexter. Vague Japanese inspiration would be nice since, well, kitsune (I just realized I forgot to draw his tails). Maybe put the pants from number four on number two. I really like the green/aubergine colour scheme, but the hakama just makes him look like some kind of witch doctor :I
Oh and size comparison for James. I think Dexter is a little below average height, like maybe 1,7 m or something. Dexter's closer to 3 m than 2, he can stare anyone down. I don't think the guy ever blinks either. Does he even have eyelids? I bet if he does it's see-through crocodile eyelids D:

Yeah, broader shoulders and maybe a bit longer torso. He's too normally proportioned. Also, he looks like a brony because fedora-wearing brony nice guys attempt the 1920's mobster look, and James is so a 1920'a mobster XD Meh, I can give him a more westerny hat, that would help. Too bad fedoras have a bad rep these days.
But the first outfit is so boriiinnggg. The only thing it's good for is being sleek. And it's not very bottom-heavy. I want it to be bottom-heavy. But yeah, removing the beads would help remove the witch doctor look as well. I can just leave the collar then, for contrast reasons.

Oh and James' eyes - I imagine his face to be pretty much emotionless all the time. His eyes doesn't really allow for expressiveness and it makes him way creepier anyway :I He's totally the lizard guy of this establishment.

I think you made James shoulders a tad too narrow here. Also.. why does he look like a brony ;A;
And now you just got me thinking.. yeah he probably have never blinking reptile like eyes. Gebus, wonder if he's got a tongue long enough to lick em?
Arrhge, I like the first Dexter outfit, but yeah, it's probably more a down to business outfit than a casual taxi service one.
2 top + 4 pants would be fine I think, but maybe drop the beads? Not that he can't wear jewelry, but I just don't think the beads work well in the way they are now.
