Inspired by the Agents of SHIELD television show and Captain America : The Winter Soldier. Everything was recreated on photoshop with shape tools (rectangle, circle, triangle) with the hand painted additions of the eagle head and tentacles. I had a real fun time referencing Marvel's current insignias to do this.
Aaaaah this is a super spoiler alert, so I won't explain why I've combined the Hydra and SHIELD logos. See the movie, watch the show, and it will all become clear~
