So, I deal with chronic depression and have grown up in a household where I was near terrified to say when I need help (not because of any sort of abuse - I'm like this in public, too) or sad/hurt. I really feel like if I don't stay strong no one else can, which is somewhat egotistical of me. Whatever - I'll adjust.
