Oolong tea with overtones of peach, strawberry, rose, orange, pineapple, and champagne grapes; undertones of honey and blackberry. Sweetened with Belgian rock sugar and clover honey! I've come to grips that making good tea is one of the few things I'm actually decent at. So why not embrace it?
