Trying to redesign an old character.

This is Chazam. Got him 4 or so odd years ago. Then shit went down and he kind of faded, but I'm finding ways to bring back a bunch of old characters :3 Some I've tried with but designs/stories never stuck.

May change his wings, but for now, this is Chazam's new design.
