Princess Xaviera wandered the halls of Canterlot Castle when suddenly she felt something around her legs. She lifted her dress to see a young zebra hiding underneath her clothes. The young mare couldn't be more than six or seven years old. "How did you get there?"

"I'm hiding," Lauren said.

"From who?" The feline princess giggled.

Lauren looked around. "From the prince, he's sposed ta find me."

"Oh, well, you go right on then. Just hold on to me tight. We'll see how long we can fool him." Princess Xaviera stood still as her husband passed by.

"Have you seen a little girl pass by here?" he asked.

Princess Xaviera shook her head. "No, I'm afraid not." The prince sighed and hurried off down the hall. No doubt her newest friend was the daughter of some official from the zebra contingent. Likely the prince had been assigned to escort the young lady around.

Xaviera smiled as she lifted her dress again. "This'll be our little secret."
