Conejito has to deal with a lot of employee complaints and grievances as HR but he's usually good at it. The board is amazed at how well he can quell a dispute between workers after a visit to his office. He has never spoken about his methods or techniques and neither have those who have visited him as well.

To microphile pawsluts like me, that's more of a reward than punishment, particularly the softness I see with the pawpad's pillow smooshyness on the tiger-dude. But the carpet is rough on us tinies, I'd upgrade Conejito to really soft padded foot-rests and foot-massage toys so it's most like a little gym or playground for us Littles under that desk. But woe to any littles still there when the cleaning crew's vacuuming ...
