This is Kamaitachi he is Arrow's alter ego and one of the seven demonic warriors.

Kamaitachi's powers are mostly wind base attacks and abilities but he a lot of tricks up his sleeve to fool the enemy. He has 3 forms form one is human form two is spirit form and form 3 is demonic warrior form. (Only form 1 and 2 show in this picture)

He has the power to control all types of winds and the weather to use it to his advantage so he can create tornadoes, hurricanes, cyclones at anytime but depends on locations. Earth and Thunder elements what he weak against.

His weapon is called the 天国の風 (Winds of Heaven) which is a specialized katana that can adsorb damage and attacks that are inflicted onto it and covert it into winds and store it inside it till it collects enough for it to create man made wind.

He even has a theme.

It took me while to make this one but I'm very happy with the results and also one of my most original heroes. I mostly based him off out of Japanese mythology.
