Anyway, I was in the mood to do some more Marvel...specifically Avengers and Spider-man 83
I also wanted to do my own design for Green Goblin since I plan to draw him in future pictures of Loki and Spider-man, along with their kids. I took bits and pieces from everywhere really for this one...wanted to stay a little bit away from making him too mechanical based as well...
I like the end result here~<3

Interesting design for the character. Kind of feels like a cartoon version of Harry Osborn Green Goblin or just a heroic version of the Green Goblin. Very punk and street style outfit but with a sense of his own style. Almost kind feels like a design out of the ultimate spiderman cartoon.

I kind of went with a bit of all re-incarnations, trying to draw bits and pieces from each of them...I also wanted him to be a little wild looking but playful as well, not too scary but not too normal either. That and I wanted him to kind of fit in with the newest Spider-man movies...regardless I had tons of fun with him.I also see this one as being a little less of a 'villian' type...and more or less just 'does what he wants' pretty much.

It is a very interesting design. I don't know if this would fit well into the new movies but it's very cool. Additionally, from the last trailer for Amazing Spiderman 2, I thought I might have seen what looked like a goblin glider so they maybe squeezing in a new version of the green goblin in along with The Rhino and Electro, so that has me a little worried.
You know what's interesting, there has actually been incarnations of the Green Goblin where he wasn't a villain. There was the one from Spiderman Unlimited and there was also Ben Ulrich from The Spidergirl comics (May Parker aka Peter's Daughter Spidergirl, Not Arana spidergirl).

He probably be hard to fit into it...but where there is a will there is a way. And I saw the trailer too and searched around google for at least a sneak at the design...needless to say what I did find (grainy and horrible as the images were),I wasn't that happy with. I think they made him look less goblin than usual. Hopefully,I could be wrong...which I hope...but I'm worried still.
I think I remember both those. I may also have the one with May Day Parker (Spidergirl) somewhere...
