Thank you! Yes, it was.
I always assumed nobody could guess this because Cop Story is all about things I never experienced and things that are very familiar to me so I keep thinking people will confuse the two. But I'm okay with talking about this though I can't give any details. God knows I'd love to give details (just because all this still leaves me confused and wanting answers) but doing that generally makes one seem immature at best and an arsehole at worst.
So this part of Cop Story might be the closest I'll ever get to talking about that in public.

Was this a personal piece, like venting emotions?
It feels like it is, which is why I asked.
Regardless it comes off very emotional in a skilled and wonderful way.
I adore the contrast in coloring as well.
