She is a great person to work with, for reals. breath of fresh air, really. She really cares about her customers, and I think that is important. A lot of artists tend to see themselves as high-and-mighty and what they say goes, won't even care about how the costumer feels. (although I know a lot of commissioners are the same way too...)
