The change is complete, he's now a capable wyvern, well as far as wyverns that don't know much how to fly or about their bodies. He'll learn, maybe someone will teach him how to do wyvern things.

      Hmm possibly, though I've seen all different types of wyverns, so it's all up for interpretation.
