Though I'm super glad my sketches have become a bit more refined since 2009, this is still one of my faves. It may have actually been my first time drawing an elephant, now that I think of it!
The level of expression you gave him on this is still one of my old favorites too. I figured you'd get a kick out of seeing some vintage RFT! Some day, I'll have to throw some money your way and see how much better you'd make him look. =)
