Amazing eyes! Very interesting light lines of the tail. Seems like the focus on the eyes. But too rought hatching on the back and above the back. A little distracting of the main focus. And the last comment about the left paw. It's seems to me there is some unnatural flexure of fingers more than 90 degrees left. Fast but full of mood picture!

I actually like the hatching; it makes the theme more dramatic. I think it was a smart idea to add colored bits to this. It makes them pop out more. It might have not had been a smart idea to add color to the tail, mostly because the tail appears unfinished (not that it's a bad thing to look that way), but adding color to it doesn't compliment the rough look to the tail. Overall, though, I think it looks moody in a good way. Good job.
