I decided to leave this at simple cell shading because I just liked the way it looked. This is my character Dover. Haven't done much with him in a while, and I changed a lot about him. Originally Dover was sort of a high school punk, but now he is a sophisticated Victorian gentleman. He is an upper class-men, but feels alone and bored at parties. He is a dreamer, and longs to do something important in his life, and to meet a special someone.
