A piece based a little in reality, a little in escapist fantasy, as some of these pieces tend to be.  fuego has been largely responsible for a drastic change in my life in so many, many ways, one notable area being health and fitness. I've changed my diet and started exercising regularly and intensively, I've lost weight, gained energy, I'm slowly reversing and repairing years of poor habits and poor upkeep of my body.

It's a slow process though, and at times, frustrating, when the results don't come as fast as I'd like, or in the ways I'd like..

So that's where we come into this conversation in the weight room..
