So I love the idea of this outfit which made me decide Bian will own fishes (probably help with her family's fish store which I'm not too sure about). I was hoping to make the art feel like Bian's outfit is connected and melted with the ocean but it turned out quite stiffer than I imagined and... I struggled a lot on her circlet hat.
