When Domingo isn't running around in his underwear or otherwise making a spectacle of himself, he's actually a rather competent bandit.

While this outfit might seem new to some, the ratty white coat and the old jeans were part of his original design before I decided to play up his "manic" and "underwear-obsessed" traits more. As it turns out, it's actually a good idea to be properly clothed for some activities, including most criminal ones.

However, there is no need to fret, for his arrogant, flamboyant nature means he'll still take the time to pull down his pants and show everyone the lucky underwear that made his latest escapade a success, though, and a number of his wanted posters do feature him mooning with his colorful briefs on display.
