For my 2D AP concentration. My concentration focuses on the concept of taking ideas that are usually portrayed in rivalry with one another, and having them at peace. In nature, hyenas often bring the animal down, and the lions chase them off. They have a natural rivalry with one another, and thus were perfect subject matter. The lion was originally black and white and not outlined to reference an African art style, but he was too unrecognizable and didn't fit in.
