This is another photo of the Sun Dog I saw on Tuesday. The brightness of the Sun made it difficult to see the halo around it clearly, so I took this photo with a building blocking the Sun to see halo better. The faint rainbow arc at the top of the halo is called a Parry Arc. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parry_arc As the day progressed, an upside down rainbow arc (called a Circumzenithal arc) also appeared above the Sun Dog, and those will be some of the next photos I share.
