A little something for what once was the BerliCon - now all stuffed into a one-day party event, on the same location. This year, there will be a couple dozend helium-filled Belbal B250 giant balloons for decoration.

To illustrate "Have Fun!", I came up with this little idea. Meet Ranger Ramona! She got a little message for all those other howlers out there: Have fun to your heart's content! Awoo Fine temporarily lifted. Yay!
