I'm fond of giving characters that are siblings names that start with the same letter, and with her I took it a step further, her name is practically an anagram of "Dale" with a duplicate letter.

Unlike Dale, I only drew this girl once or twice, I guess she just didn't interest me as much as Dale does, for whatever reason.
