I figured I'd join in the fun from when the trailer was out, and adjust the design they showed to better represent the character.

• Gloves
• White and Gold shoe accents
• Longer nose (if they're going for "realism" why not a real hedgehog)
• No white fur, that's what the clothing is for
• Fill the eye socket with the lighter fur color (accent the eyebrow shape and parallel Sonic's "big eye")
