she prown? Not sure how this meme works.

I did manage to pick, like, the nicest shades of brown ever for her body color, though, she seems to be able to pull off just about any color of undies, swimsuits, or even actual clothes should I decide to get really freaky and draw her fully clothed.

        Pft, close enough lmao

I agree!! Tbh, I've noticed that brown, like grey/white/black, tends to work well with most, if not all, other colors. Like I've seen a lot of characters that are brown with pink or green accents, and Sav is brown with blue accents, and they all look really fuckin cool! Brown is just a good ass color, very chocolate-y and neutral/earthy

I think I've rambled about this before, how I actually prefer more "natural" and "neutral" body colors for characters, with the bright and vivid colors being accents rather than the primary color of the character. It helps the more striking color stand out more, while reducing eye strain.
And, there are just so many different shades of brown to play with!

I've also noticed that a LOT of people do the brown with blue accents lmao, must be a fan favorite. I know of two other youtubers/artists/animators who's main characters are brown with blue eyes and shit like Sav. I don't blame them, it's a very neat color combo!
Natural+neutral colors with bright accents is a super cool design choice! I can find myself liking any type of design if done right, I've found. Like there are neon eyesore characters I love, but they have to be handled in a certain way to avoid looking ugly. Usually this is achieved by simply making the design not too complex. However, if they use a LOT of neon colors and have a complex design? Usually that ends up pretty ugly, ngl.
