Waaaaaaaay way back when I first was starting on Elancia Chronicles, (2009 or so, haha I have no life) I hadn't planned for the game to have anything resembling a world map, seeing as it is to be a side-scroller. However, at heavy suggestion from :iconpurplewolf: I decided the idea could incorporate something of a 'hub map' that was a ginormous side-scrolling map that went on for ages and connected every dungeon and town.

Anyway, at that time, I had an idea for a song kicking around in my head for it, but wasn't able to perform it with the instruments I had at the time. Only now, can I properly play it. Of course, the 'world map' now has a different theme for every season, and the first one is a country song, rather than this classical faire (don't judge me :V) ... I felt I should record it anyway.

This one was my best attempt at emulating JackChandler 's style. I'm still not as good as him, but it came out okay. :V

I reused bits of the tune later in Neutrality and a bit of the night version of the world map theme from season 1 There is also a guitar riff later reused in the day version of the season 1 world map. As with the a majority of the rest of the soundtrack, it carries a bit of a spaghetti western motif.
