Welp, it’s been almost 10 years since I’d made a new character…
So you know what? Have an otterly adorable one!

These are rough designs for my new otter character, Oscar!

He is a happy-go-lucky go getter with a positive and playful attitude. He loves to make people smile wherever he can. As an otter, he loves to swim. He is fond of his bandana scarf, and never wants to take it off.

Where he will fit into the “Draggyn” universe is yet unknown, but I’m open to ideas. He will be the youngest character to date, beating Vivian by a few years.
