Inktober Commission Open (critique requested)

Kraest

So, as many of you probably know, my school is closing in December. I've been taking extra classes last term and this term in order to be in the very last graduating class on the school. Furthermore, I had planned to stand in the lobby on the day it closed, playing my violin as a final send-off. On top of the importance of that event, I have a growth on the tendon of the index finger on my left hand which makes it extremely painful for me to play the guitar or bass anymore, and the violin is the only stringed instrument I have left, so this instrument means quite a lot to me.

However, today, I opened my violin case and found that the neck had snapped off the body. Getting a break like this repaired would cost more than this violin cost me to begin with, so I just want to buy another one. I tried to send a message to the store I bought it from, since I got the warranty with it, their response was that they'd gladly replace it if I pay for another one.

I've been open for Inktober commissions all month, and while simply doing the entirety of Inktober itself is also something incredibly important to me, right now my focus is to get a new violin.

So, all of that being said, here is the information for my Inktober commissions, and I would appreciate anyone who comes by to get one.

Isn't the whole point of a warranty to have the option of free repair/replace? Yet they are making you pay for it.

yUP. I've contacted Squaretrade, which is the company that supplied the warranty, but it's difficult to finalise anything since the original listing of the violin has been taken down and all they have is my purchase history that just shows that I bought it and nothing else.
