A somewhat of a character meant to interpret creeps as we hear of all the time, I honestly think they should be considered horror monsters don't you think? XD
For this month, I'm doing Halloween/horror themed Inktober challenge. Enjoy!

      Haha thanks! The horror part I was refering to real creeps who've hurt people and children, hence I call them monsters for doing so.
