I was feeling Retro Rockabilly 1950s and when I saw this I decided yes let's do this.

I think my face shading didn't go too well. I am really not doing well on it. I am big enough to admit it. I need some help with it. The issue is I am told find the light...I get that but I need more when it comes to that like how do you shadow and contour all that on the face when you have no detail. Or how do you do makeup? (I have no clue how to do that.)

Speaking of makeup I did some period accurate (I hope) makeup to this image and yet again would love some advice and thoughts about this.
