I've wanted to draw this Bal for a long time. Also to follow up on Grammar (next journal for Draconic primer) Bal is singular in draconic for a demi god, Balar is the Plural!
Jällher, (Jee-yal-Her) Warden of Aconcagua is a balar thatt I have adjusted the lore of recently so here is his story.

Jällher, upon entering into the DragonScape settled ontop of the Andes Mountain peak of Aconcagua in Argentina. This is the home he made his. He made a more tolerable bubble of air and brought some limited foliage to the craggy cliffs of the mountains. And upon the wakeup would meet an influx of local DrekirHimi who would use the high elevations close to the peak to discourage caste attacks. They would build a small village here and Jällher wouldn't stop them.
Don't get me wrong, he didn't like them being there, he just didn't really give a shit about them. But the wyverns would give a shit about him! Eventually this town would mold into a group that is (re)named Los Hermanos De Jällher and would worship him as a god. He cared enough about these wyverns at this point to where he would keep the region secured from caste-dragon or human threats and protect the mountain, becoming known as the Warden of Aconcagua (Or Guardian de Aconcagua in Spanish)

This would change however in an event that goes by many names. Earth Shatter Friday. Desolation of Jällher. But it is most commonly referred to as: El Dia de Tres Soles. The day of three suns.

This would be a human attack by the Indian-Chinese Coalition in 2080 that would shake the earth.
The army was massive and the goal was to take down a Bal, any Bal as a matter of fact as the human belief was they could establish dominance of a region with a show of force so powerful as to kill a Bal.
but they had to kill one to theoretically establish this dominance. As such! They would spare no expenses
2.5 billion men in 1 billion vehicles of various sizes and levels of power to invade Aconcagua and overwhelm Jällher with an unimaginable barrage of ordinance. The opening salvo however, was nuclear. three nuclear missiles were launched from China and hit Jällher in the early morning. He saw them coming and was able to contain the blasts to a 1 mile sphere, catching himself inside. The resulting rush of billions of air vehicles and distant naval artillery would be a day long batter in which Jällher would tear the Andes Mountains themselves to fend off the assault. The battle was intense but by nightfall the realm was silent.

2.37 billion humans died, the survivors fled back to India and China, which would suffer an economic collapse due to the loss of so much, a failed gamble that cost India and China there golden age.

The Southern Andes Mountains would no longer exist, flattened into a swamp of waters so magically overcharged that they have the same traits as the voicelakes. Essentially it was the creation of the Southern Andes Voice Swamps. Many of the wyverns had fled from the battle but would return.

Jällher Was nearly killed in the battle and afterwards would be a small being slowly dying, with no power left. The wyverns that he had come to care for would return and care for him, hailing him a hero and the Martyr God. They would rapidly secure the voice swamp and dedicate their own life purpose, and that of their children to protect Jällher at all costs and care for the dying Bal.

The Voice swamp is one of the few regions where an egg laid results in a Wyvern and the DrekirHimi Wyverns hatched there are blessed by the swamp, giving them incredible magical abilities far above any conventional dragon mage, they use this power to defend Jällher to their last dying breaths.

So yep! thats Jällher!
