This is actually a repurposed birthday gift for my partner who thinks the Battletoads are really hot. While drawing him, it dawned on me what features I think my partner responds to— mainly the extreme V torso. I never noticed it before but the Battletoads have a huge shoulder to waist ratio, something my partner likes in actual human beings as well.

So it makes more sense now why he liked those guys. (Because it certainly wasn’t for those craptacular games or the painful animated pilot.)
