Your naming of uploads is very familiar to me. It's useful for keeping track of how often and when work is completed. On the computer, I tend to add the year before the month to make it easy to sort alphabetically.

This piece has positive results in symmetry, lighting, and attire. The face is clearly visible and eyes are symmetrical. The shapes of the body are clearly defined through highlights and shading. The shirt, boots, and cape are distinct and pleasant to look at. The shapes on the head hair are clearly defined with the use of highlights and shading.

The arm, tail, and background are your weaknesses in this piece. The shapes of the arm are not well defined and I am left puzzled at the hand location. The shapes of the tail were not blending with the outlines and had unclear shapes. The background is vaguely describing the location; more questions arise than answers (with who, what, when, where, why, how).

The piece is pleasant to look at but I am left wondering, like an essay unfinished.

thanks!! The tail I'm not happy with either, but I'll redo it soon I think, and yea the hand is supposed to be in the hair but I also dont feel like I represented it clearly enough

as for the background, a background wasn't part of the terms of this commission, so I put a basic background that grounded her to a place

    This is awesome!
It's probably just me but the way you shaded the tail does not match up with the way you shaded everything else. But I love the attention to detail and and I love cell shading!!

thanks <3 and yea I'm not happy with the tail either, I'll probably update it in the future when I get better (that's generally what I do and am actually about to do with another commission lmao)
