Allotted time: One hour.
First of all, I know, I know; Latios is a %100 male pokemon. But I thought, "I've been feminizing genderless pokemon, so I guess it wouldn't be too bad if I did the same with this one..." And so I did.
Also because my partner REALLY wanted my first male pokemorph to be Ninetails. So yeah, I'll be doing that.
Latios' pose was more serious, so I tried to depict that. Also, I gave points on the top and bottom of the feet, because technically, latios has pointed strips for feel/tails, whatever. I just thought it'd fit.

I do believe so. I read a little bit about the description on bulbapedia, and it says that they can tuck in their arms.
Since I anthromorphised it, I tried to keep the human restrictions on her. So I think they do something similar to that.
