I haven't uploaded much anything since finishing Ace, and it's been a while, so I figure I oughta' put something up.
I've got an ongoing side project of making a sticker pack for myself, since I'm too cheap to get a professional with a drawing tablet to do it for me. And, uh... this is one of the stickers I decided to make... just last night... around 3 o'clock....

I think you're talking about turning it into a digital drawing. Other than that, I've no idea what that means. XD
Yes. A vector is a type of digital drawing. Inkscape is a vector program like Adobe Illustrator, albeit free. http://www.2dgameartguru.com/search/label/inkscape has some easy to follow tutorials.

This would translate really well to a vector. Inkscape is pretty easy to pick up if you have a few hours to spare. No drawing tablet required. :)
