This is the latest baking creation, what was originally 78 chocolate-chip cookies. By this point it was down to 72... No idea where those 6 went...

Anyway, the 70 cookies came out excellent, probably the best batch I've made. This was the first time I used the pastry cutter to mix, and it made an amazing difference. The dough came out more evenly and thoroughly mixed, and the taste was very good. Note that the chips were stirred in with a spoon.

I'll likely post the recipe soonish- if I recall, it's the same recipe as appears on the Hershey's chocolate chip bags. This is a double batch, by the way; they simply don't last if I only make a single batch.

At this moment, I think there might be a dozen left at home, most of the batch was devoured at our Pathfinder game on Saturday. :)
