I love being a king cheetah! Not many people realize that Shetani is one, though I can't really fault them for that, as most people have never heard of a king cheetah. It's also a key part of her backstory which has been read by probably no one ever.

There aren't that many kingers out there, especially ladies, which was something I took into consideration when I made Shetani. I have seen more king cheetah characters popping up in recent years, but people tend to hybridize them with other species. Weird.

Anyway, I commissioned this piece to celebrate my kingness! The color, pose, and of course subject are all chosen to invoke royalty.
