I have had Stardew Valley for two years and I somehow never got to make fan art of it.

After I discovered an anthro mod for the game so did I get the will to draw it.
And through the description of the mod so did I see that there's a separate mod for the player character which turns them into an anthro/furry. Of course, there's only wolf, cat, and fox characters at the moment, and they're separate mods.
Maybe the modding community will be able to make something more advanced with it in the future.

I mean, Stardew Valley is already good as it is, but mods can help with the experience.
